Because we know that each client has different needs and expectations we offer you a choice in the building process:

• Hands off
This option means you can sit back and relax. You choose the design of the house and its specifications. We can take charge of all aspects of building a house: from choosing the plot, the administrative aspects: planning pemission etc, the building work down to decoration. We will also deal with all the administrative aspects: planning permission etc. This option is for the person with little time on their hands.

• Turnkey
This option is for those who already have the necessary permission and building plans. Once you have approved the quote we take charge of the building process.

• Hands on
This does not mean you get your hands dirty but you definitely need more time for this option. We are in charge of the erection of the kit (the basic structure of the house) and it is then up to you how much you want to be involved in the construction of your house. This option gives you great flexibility: you can contract the companies who will do the rest of the building work and buy building materials direct from the suppliers. We can also recommmend companies with a proven track record. Of course you can count on our help and advice at every stage of the way.

The upkeep of your house

· Wear and tear contract
This is a service we offer to all clients and is appropriate for all types of houses. For a small annual fee we will take care of different aspects of the upkeep of your house such as painting exteriors, minor repairs to interior walls. For further details request information.
